Construction of a new 56 bedroom two storey nursing home with rendered blockwork finish, traditional tiled roof covering and partial steel framing complete with internal and external curtilage siteworks and drainage. The works are located within the existing Manor Nursing Home site in Rathfriland adjacent to Rosconnor Terrace.
